I did all the settings, no motion notifications? Do i need a special camera for that? I never get notifications. If you can fix it, 5 stars

East to use and works very well!!

This application works well and then when the developers or Apple does an upgrade it quits. IOS 12 works well right now. IOS 14 does -sort of. Notifications quit working 3 weeks ago with the update to IOS 14.1 as well as 14.2. I do see events when I check but no longer get alerts. So it works on a iPhone 6 but not a iPhone 11. I have had this application not work for a few months and the starts working again until another Apple update. I suspect the developers are lagging behind Apples constant changes. Unfortunately there is no other application that works with gwsecurity cameras unless you update to a newer nvr but who wants to spend another $600. The application is not reliable and the developers seem to be too busy to respond to issues probably because their nvr’s and software they use are a later version. I will edit the review when it works.

Works great. Been using for a while and plan to keep it.

Did app update and now it crashes and wont open

Does not work properly. I have to delete the app often to get it to work

The application does not work with a system ( iOS 13.3 )

The update did nothing for this app now it's s complete waste of time! Doesn't work until I'm in Wifi please fix the app was great for about a week and b4 the current update. This app is supposed to work without wifi & it doesn't. AFTER I UPDATED MY PHONE THE APP NO LONGER WORKS JUST SHOWS GREEN LINES THROUGH THE VIDEOS!!!

I don’t like giving bad reviews, but when it comes to home security nothing is more serious then having a product meet its task. When it come to this app, the layout is nice and true. Upon opening the app: it’s just way to slow and stalls to crash, it’s important to know when I need to see what my cameras are viewing it needs to be prompt. No crashing or long delays, I use spint network and always run full bars and toppled with WiFi, even with in my home it just does meet my concerns for a home security app, hope the app gets better over time.

Very disappointing and not reliable. It keeps saying network error or password error, despite camera being online. Multiple users not able to use as it locks us out and says camera offline. We know it’s not an internet issue. I recommend going with Zmodo or someone with better support. Stay away from Tonton and this app!

App is incredibly buggy and it will not work landscape mode

World fine !! You can do so much with app. Love my fav option where I can see multiple business together.

Can't acknowledge the privacy policy update, so the program is no longer useable. I assume the policy page should scroll or is sized incorrectly. Please fix. This is on a iPad Air (1). Will update review once corrected.

It’s fine but please update it for iPhone X users. Because it’s not full screen.

Playback works on iphone over internet. I was able to record a clip but was unable to download it to local photo library. (the app said it was successful saved to local library, however there is none video found in it)

This app is functioning perfectly but no support for iPhone X user interface.

After 2 months app started to freeze then i deleted and downloaded again but i cannot verify the registration of my device. It is telling registration failed.

You must add this feature... reverse video in video playback👌

Definitely could be more user friendly. Doesn’t always load cameras when app starts, need to go in to deceive and pick the camera and push play...to long of a process. Also, to go back and review certain cameras and times is a pain...app freezes, need to close and restart sometimes.

I have the IMS300 and this app doesn’t pickup the system. Doesn’t work.

Doesn't work on the new ios

Good app but freezes after first log out. Only restarting phone allows app to be used again. Update: Freeze resolves after about 10-20 seconds

The fix is to install and run VSS test on the iphone and then open VSS mobile and configure it using ip or ps protocol and Voilá!!

This update is terrible. It is very inconsistent and difficult to use. Sometimes the cameras work on startup but most of the time one needs to search around several pages and then "luckily" it may work. How about tap app, sign in, cameras on?

I need the wifi to check my cams. Over my phone internet don't work properly. U NEED TO FIX THIS NOW.

App crashes when trying to open. Happened after doing an update.

I finally got the app to work after setting it up with p2p connection instead of ip/DNs which do not exist in the app anymore.

This app worked great until this update! I have deleted the app twice in hope it will work again as it used to. PLEASE FIX

Can only access cameras with wifi. What's the point of having cameras if I can't access them from outside. Please fix

New update doesn't work at all. Did at first. Now nothing!

Looses current setup after upgrade. Cannot add device. Basically becones trash after upgrade.

Worked great but gave up within a month. Spent money hoping it would help with security and now the app won't stay open.

The app partially does what it is supposed to. It sometimes locks up and when making a selection or touching an on screen button it doesn’t recognize the action. Live view works well. The playback function is what is difficult because of the on screen buttons not being recognized by touch as to select which channel and the time and date of playback. Please look into 6S Plus usage. Thanks.

Everything is working good but one function that will be useful is one option to select to open the cameras automaticaly when the app is opened. Is boring to select the cameras every time that I open the app.

I am able to view all my cameras great! Awesome to make sure my children are safe with the nanny. I can't get any of the microphones to play audio through the app?
